i was trying to do research on folklore and things of that nature just out of curiosity
i learned 2 interesting things:
about the pisadeira? i once played a game where this monster was the antagonist, except her story there was about a lost child and grief, which seems so different from the actual version (or at least the version that fits the information i found)
the second thing was that there's a published writer who studied folklore (mexican folklore) specifically and went to the same university as me but in the 1970s? she's still alive, and i wonder if it'd be possible to reach out to her
