whew i was sick yesterday and i just noticed i dated my post wrong 😭
today wasn't much better because i woke up with a nosebleed -- except i was so tired that it didn't wake me up immediately, which made the experience that much more frightening
i could feel myself scratching at my nose in my sleep and it was fine until i did it and then my hand came back wet with something. only after that did i wake up and i had to rush to the bathroom because i thought i'd get blood on my pillowcase
i feel a little weird because between waking up twice during the week to two different (really awful) nightmares and then twice again to nosebleeds, i feel like something is wrong with me
i'm trying not to overthink everything but i dunno
